RAD Actions set?!

5.16.2008

Hey there! Haven't updated in a while so I figured that we'll drop by and let you guys up on some new info about what's been going on. Many of you know that we have been trying different things on Photoshop and trying to see what fits our style of images the best and which one looks like it will work. We've tried a bunch of different things like layers to setting up our own actions that we have created in photoshop to just a number of things in the past. I recently ran across the Totally RAD Action set from Boutwell Studios (Amazing photographer!!) and we knew about them but just haven't really dived into it and tried it out. Well I figured that I'll give it a shot and see if we do like it. I wish I could kick myself in the head (because Im not that flexible)  for not trying these actions out sooner than I did. Right now we've just got the sample sets that you can download off there web site and we just absolutely love them. So Im sure that's the next thing to purchase on the list. Be sure to check them out if your a photographer!!!

Also! We have a new family member added on....and its the canon 50mm f/1.4. I love these lens! Very sharp and very very fast glass! Be sure to check on this blog in the next few days because we'll have some awesome photos to show you guys from Kimberly & Evan's wedding. We cant wait for this wedding!!! Thanks for stopping by!

Check out this completely awesome Rad Action photo of a cake that we shot at a wedding a few days back!

what did the action do... just curious... I don't see anything jumping out at me saying Oh they used an action to do... am I possibly blind?

Yes possibly, lol no Im just kidding, we used the Boutwell's magic glasses and sharpened it afterwards. Maybe I could put up a before and after to let you see the differences. Thanks!
